Insights was founded by Jeanie Hutchins, SPHR, in November 2000 to market Simmons Personal Survey and provides Human Resource Consulting and Corporate Training.

The Simmons Personal Survey is an emotional intelligence (character) assessment tool that will help you assess, place, and develop successful employees.  In just a few minutes time, you can know more about their character than you would by observing them for several years!  The research of psychologists, medical doctors and Simmons own research has found thirteen areas of emotional intelligence.  These areas are measured in the Simmons Personal Survey.

Jeanie used the Simmons Survey in the corporate setting for over three years.  Companies and individuals saw rewarding personal and profession growth.  Because Jeanie believed in the survey and the benefits it provided, she decided to begin marketing the survey in Alaska
